Anna leads Cultural Shapeshifters, a Sydney-based consulting firm specializing in change management, leadership development, team dynamics, cultural engagements and expanding thinking. For 30 years Anna has focused on individual and collective transitions and transformations. Her wealth of experience, appreciation for different views and engaging and interactive style enliven her interventions and programs.

Currently based in Sydney, Australia but extensive travel within Asia for work.

Personal
M.A, majoring in Chaos, Complexity and Creativity with a focus on cultural shaping and strategic agility. Post Graduate diplomas in, Human and organisational dynamics, as well as intercultural communication and strategy and Design Management which influences perspective taking.

Worked for international organisations in Europe, Australia and Asia. Established Cultural Shapeshifters in 1991. Since then Anna has worked with thousands of people, and hundreds of teams and organisations. An accomplished facilitator, of shaping organisational cultures, ethics and values alignment, Anna helps individuals and companies to ‘find their truth’, the core of ‘vision-making’. She has developed an excellent reputation for her innovative approaches and reliability for achieving results.

She has helped people and organisations to overcome challenges, develop strategic agility to ensure they have the capability to inspire and support transitions required to balance the ‘old ways’ with the ‘new’.
A sought-after speaker, Anna is the author of the forth-coming book “Walking Tall: the courage to walk at the edge”.

Extensive experience as a change-maker, both at an individual and organisational level, enables me to support leaders in dealing with the unknown.

Anna is a board member of Lotus Outreach Australia. She is also a member of World Business Academy , ICF (International Coaching Federation), AICD (Australian Institute of Company Directors)
