We believe - if we lose our story we lose the dream
and if we lose the dream our spirits die.
Cultural Shapeshifters work with leaders to generate transformation with organisations, groups and individuals to realise their dreams, weaving the pieces together to achieve sustainable alignment at all levels.
Since 1995, we have supported large, medium and small organisations to define shapes and spaces of their visions through our cultural 'shaping' process. We assist those we work with to create awareness, enhance dialogue and, integrate different perspectives. We provide insight, intuition and skills to help navigate the chaos and complexity in changing times, thus balancing the 'new ways with the old wisdom'.
Our proven approaches assist individuals and organisations to create pivotal breakthroughs.
People need to know five things in order to successfully shift:
"Where are we going?"
"Why are we going there?"
"How will we get there?"
"What does each bring to the whole?"
and
"Is this what we truly want to do?"
The ability to answer these questions leads to
transformation.

Our Philosophy
We honour the importance of sustainability at all levels of organisations. Sustainability, efficiency and growth are results of alignment between individual, company and community purpose. If any of these elements is out of alignment then sustainability is limited.
Many organisations realise the connection between humans' minds and emotions without fully appreciating the impact of environment on individuals. Bringing awareness of core values and true purpose to align behaviours and ethical actions creates synergy between individual, organisation and community goals.
Ensuring that 'shape' and 'space' of culture is congruent at all levels by defining the pieces of the web to be delicately woven and connected to create the whole is our work.
Why Now?
In these complex changing times of cultural and global transition, everyone is being challenged. Knowing that...
In the long run, we shape our lives, and we shape ourselves.
The process never ends until we die.
And the choices we make are ultimately our own responsibility.
