Seldom does the world encounter individuals who stand firmly in knowledge of who they are....Meet Anna Harper...she is one who does. Being a shapeshifter, herself, she assists others to do the same. She is a muse, guide, facilitator and coach.
Transition and transformation of individuals, corporations and other collectives are her business.
Anna brings more than 3 decades of experience in corporate settings to the fore when facilitating change and helping clients to meet challenges and establish new ways of optimising opportunities and potentials. By synthesising various pieces of the whole she assists individuals and collectives to move to a higher level.
Cultural Shapeshifters was established by Anna in 2004 as a way to help clients interweave strengths, powers, concepts and wisdoms of 'old' with 'new', 'indigenous' with 'modern', 'corporate' with 'community'.
As individuals and organisations face increasingly complex challenges, Anna helps them define changing needs and resolve whatever impedes optimal functioning within entire systems. In so doing, she help prepares today's leaders to function on 'higher ground', enlightened to fulfil their roles in the world.
Extensively trained in the skills and sciences of neurolinguistic programming, neuro-semantics, archetypal structures, chaos, complexity and creativity, Anna enables people to work at soul levels to find, for themselves, pathways to their own truths.
Knowing that, for those in global environments, one component of success is the strength of cultural diversity, she focuses clients to recognise and use different perspectives and abilities within their populations.
Her personal experience includes a broad business background of senior positions in Europe and Asia, including Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Thailand, Germany and United Kingdom. Working within many cultures has given Anna knowledge of the complexities and challenges of underlying ethics and values and the alignment needed to enable individuals and organisations to consciously shape their cultures.
An accredited personal and business coach, Anna works individually and with teams to identify and align their own passions and values with those of the companies and other communities in which they operate.
Anna has a well-earned reputation for innovative approaches and reliability for achieving results. Assisting organisational leaders to appreciate and utilise differences, clients know her work enhances co-operation and creates sustainable solutions. When you work with her you discover that authenticity is a way of being.
Elaine T. Hor, Executive Consultant

Dip Education
Elaine's energy and enthusiasm has enabled her to adapt and move with ever-changing work environments. In her 25 years she has assisted emerging organisations to implement their vision. Her background in education, counselling and human resources management provides a practical and integrated framework to her solutions.
Elaine's experience in Australia and S.E. Asia for international corporations, in both management and operational positions, has provided her with invaluable insights. This has given her the ability to transform people's perceptions of underlying values and behaviours of many 'cultures' - national, organisational, generational, and personal.

This enables her to assist clients to see and appreciate different frames of reference. By doing so, she helps them enhance behavioural flexibility that leads to greater productivity and connected relationships.
An exceptional facilitator, her collaborative style allows Elaine to shift people's perceptions to see what is possible, bridging the 'old' with the 'new', and aligning them to a collective purpose.
Elaine is a personal coach and works with individuals on a one-on-one basis and with groups. Her empathetic nature and insightful perception help individuals to realise their potential.

Diane Wilcoxson
Working within communities, corporations and governments, Ms Wilcoxson embodies the essence of a peacemaker and queen of hearts.
She bases her work, whether consulting to heads of state, global businesses, students, groups or individuals, on the principle that all are One and shares her wisdom, training and vast experience to the advantage of every client.
Starting to work at the age of 14, Ms Wilcoxson has served in many capacities ranging from forest ranger to carpenter, from teacher to corporate consultant, from sound healer to metaphysician, from facilitator to transformationist. All of this, and more, form the basis for her ability to advise, support, suggest and design pathways for others - individually and collectively - to shift into new ways of thinking and being.
Her company brand - BetterThinkTM - summarises what she helps all who seek her advice to do - to think in better ways. As she travels worldwide, speaking about 'better thinking', Ms Wilcoxson enables audiences to think in versatile ways...stretching from comfortable, familiar and stagnant ways of thinking to expanded notions of how the world might work, when we are able to look at it in new ways. Her talks are informative, transformative and fun. Topics range from creativity - to finding the spirit within - to developing response-ability as global citizens and much, much more.
Corporate clients have been well-served by Ms Wilcoxson for over two decades, throughout Asia and in Europe, North America and Australia. Her every programme is a tailored approach for needs she is asked to address.
Founder of numerous change projects, Ms Wilcoxson does not shy away from challenges presented to her for solution. She involves clients from initial needs analysis through to implementation, teaching them along the way how to reproduce similar results themselves once she has gone on to next assignments. Accordingly, her relationships with clients last and evolve as all good partnerships do.
Her work as a healer is legendary. Approaches she uses with individuals and communities range from the use of sound, to channeled wisdom, to designing and facilitating processes for transformation. Extensive training in the science/art of neurolinguistic programming underlies the powerful solutions she offers to those wishing real, and lasting, change to occur. A solid appreciation of why she is alive at this time on Earth ensures that she continues to bring laughter, joy and intelligence to all she does, personally and professionally.
If you choose to do your work with her, you can expect results. Nations, corporations, organizations and individuals who have experienced the wisdom, love and compassion offered freely in addition to her expertise in change, thinking and transformation attest to that.
