Consultant at Large – specialises in improving leadership and sales through Cultural Shapeshifters at Multinational Corporations, Not-for-profits (NFP)/Non-Government Organisations (NGO), and within Small to Medium Enterprises (SME) and small business. With more than 26 years of multicultural professional experience in the US, Europe, Asia and Australia, Daniel focuses on the impact of how people choose to lead, interact, believe in and treat, each other, and specifically, themselves. Since returning to the USA in 2008, he maintains multiple projects in both Europe and Australia. He has built a loyal following of people who enjoy his straight-forward and engaging style.

Personal
With a degree in Business Management from the University of Maryland, USA, Daniel has worked in diverse roles from operational levels to directorships and board chairperson, Daniel’s direct employment includes large companies in the service industry such as Ramada Renaissance Hotels & Resorts to global manufacturing corporations like Ford Marketing Institute and General Motors Europe to huge high-tech enterprises including Hughes Aircraft and Electronics and Raytheon (Aircraft) Professional Services. He recently completed an assignment as General Manger (Chief Operations Officer) with the Australian New Zealand Institute for Insurance and Finance (ANZIIF) and has consulted to over 40 small businesses around the world.
Daniel believes in working intimately with a wide range of enterprises to develop their leadership capabilities, sharpen their forward thinking and improve their tangible bottom-line results (and robustness) through better interpersonal management. He also maintains a select client-base as a business adviser/mentor, specializing in senior leadership skills and organizational savvy.
