Elaine is Cultural Shapeshifters intercultural specialist as well as a transition coach. Her bicultural background gives her incredible insight into the challenges leaders and their families experience in transition to another culture, as well as the organisation. Past roles in corporations and consultancies, specifically in the areas of team dynamics, cultural engagements and expanding thinking in the areas of sustainable futures, enables her to achieve extraordinary results. For over 25 years Elaine has focused on individual and collective transitions and adapting to new environs. Her appreciation for different views and her engaging and interactive style enliven her interventions and programs.

Habitat
Currently based in Sydney, travels extensively in Australia and occasionally within Asia for work.

B.A majoring in Psychology with a focus on individual cultural intelligence. Post Graduate diplomas in, human and organisational dynamics, as well as intercultural communication which influences perspective taking

Worked for international organisations in Australia and Asia. Has worked as consultant for Cultural Shapeshifters since 1995. Since then Elaine has worked with hundreds of people, teams and organisations. An accomplished facilitator, of intercultural transitions, team dynamics, ethics and values alignment, Elaine helps individuals and companies to be inclusive and value the diverse thinking that comes from acknowledging the cultural intelligence that each member brings. She has developed an excellent reputation for her considerate manner and insightful approach as well as her reliability for achieving results.
