In our leadership development process we provide a safe place to allow the deepest work of transformation to occur in a protected manner. We assist in evolving people to be what they want to be. Often, to facilitate the greatest shifts, a quarantine of safety away from the cut and thrust of business is needed. We call this “shapeshifting”, as opposed to coaching, as it is a deeper awareness of self-reflection: truly looking in the mirror as you ponder your own mental models, determining what is important, dealing with the anomalies and addressing those behaviours that do not serve you, honouring your highest values and aspirations. This contributes to the success of senior executives in fulfilling their potential.
