In our leadership development process we provide a safe place to allow the deepest work of transformation to occur in a protected manner. We assist in evolving people to be what they want to be. Often, to facilitate the greatest shifts, a quarantine of safety away from the cut and thrust of business is needed. Through reflection on our inner world and that of the outer in which we operate we are able to identify meaning, connection and purpose, and engage in spontaneous renewal.
We call this “shapeshifting”, as opposed to coaching, as it is a deeper awareness of self-reflection: truly looking in the mirror as you ponder your own mental models, determining what is important, dealing with the anomalies and addressing those behaviours that do not serve you, honouring your highest values and aspirations. This contributes to the success of senior executives in fulfilling their potential.
The process is both holistic and pragmatic, and an authentic leader needs the capacity to do and be both.
