Affiliate of Cultural Shapeshifters, Vivien specializes in executive coaching and management development with particular focus on multi-cultural environments. More than 25 years working with Fortune 500 companies, including eight years as a General Manager in a multi-national company based in Hong Kong, has given here an intimate understanding of both personal and management issues. She has in-depth line management experience, undertaken major strategic studies, and managed the successful implementation of multi-million dollar projects involving staff at all levels of the organization worldwide. She has provided executive and personal coaching to senior level executives and owners of a wide range of businesses in Hong Kong, Europe and USA. Her wealth of experience, commitment to shaping clients thinking to jump-start their transitions is a result of her appreciation for different views and engaging and interactive style that enliven her interventions.

Habitat
Currently residing in Hong Kong, SAR, but extensive travel and part-time residences in Kenya and the USA make her a true globetrotter.
